Letter from the Editor — April 2025
By Knive Spiel, iEthereum Advocacy Trust

Fellow iEthereans,

April arrived and went— as it always does — with trickery on the first day, reminding us of the thin veil between truth and illusion. In a world shaped by sleight of hand, April Fool’s Day is less a joke than a parable: discernment is the modern oracle’s gift. How fitting, then, that iEthereum — quiet, immutable, uncompromising — continues to shine as a beacon of opportunity in a marketplace too often saturated with noise.

But this April carried more than playful deception. It bore the weight of sacred time.

This year, the season brought with it the convergence of Easter and Passover — ancient observances, both rooted in themes of deliverance, sacrifice, and the miracle of rebirth. Whether we speak of a stone rolled away or the passing over of destruction, this season invites us to look deeply at what endures, what rises, and what sets us free.

In this light, iEthereum is not merely a project or a token — it is a resurrection of principle in an industry too often crucified by misguidance, hype and false promises. It is the unadorned but enduring idea that value must be earned, proven, and freely transferred. It is the technology that continues, not because it is promoted, but because it is true.

And what blooms in this April soil? Not just daffodils — those golden banners of springtime hope — but dandelions as well.

Too often dismissed as weeds, dandelions are in fact one of nature’s most potent symbols. They grow where they are not invited. They thrive in broken places — in cracks, in sidewalks, in fields no one tends. They are resilient, regenerative, and wild, carried by the wind and rooted by defiance. Every part of the plant is medicinal, edible, and nourishing — yet it is maligned, underestimated, forgotten, dismissed and attacked.

What better metaphor for iEthereum?

Like the dandelion, iEthereum is unregulated by the gatekeepers, unshaken by neglect, and uncontainable by design. It grows through conviction, not coercion. It doesn’t need permission. It doesn't need to be planted in manicured gardens. It simply appears — and children present the beauty as an unsuspecting offering to their mother as a gift to life.

As this month closes, let us mark not just the data, but the deeper truth: we are witnessing a resurrection. Of purpose. Of principle. Of peer-to-peer power in its purest form.

iEthereum is not beginning. It is emerging — wild as a dandelion, rooted in code, carried by the wind of belief.

And it is no one’s fool.

With clarity and conviction,
Knive Spiel
